The Sheikh Yousuf Bin Issa Book Award has announced the longlist for the Education category in its first edition (2025–2026), which includes eight titles selected from a total of 63 submissions.
In this context, the inclusion of the book Teachers’ Professional Practices: Between Theory and Application - a collaborative work by Roula Kbeissy, Aziz Rasmi, and Youssef Amhal, published by Tarsheed Educational Publications - stands out as a notable achievement. This selection reflects the growing presence of Tarsheed Educational Publications in advancing Arabic educational literature and its contribution to producing high-quality, practice-oriented knowledge for teachers and education practitioners.
The longlist also features seven additional titles from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Palestine, Kuwait, and Morocco, addressing a range of educational, scientific, and cultural topics.
This announcement marks the beginning of the next stage of evaluation, leading to the release of the shortlist and the final award ceremony in 2026.
