The Program
Tarsheed Educational Publishing Program aims to publish specialized books in the field of Arab education by empowering authors with new ideas, diverse experiences, and distinctive voices from various contexts to publish their work and reach a wide Arab readership.
The program includes the publication of Arabic language books that are either completed or in progress, as well as educational booklets focusing on specific themes resulting from workshops, seminars, or conferences. The program also encompasses the translation and publication of foreign books.

Submission and Acceptance
Sending the initial proposal
Please send a curriculum vitae including detailed personal information, key professional experiences, and publications to the following email address: [email protected]
Please submit a comprehensive summary of the book (500–700 words), indicating whether the manuscript is completed or still in progress, and stating whether it has been submitted simultaneously to other publishing houses or institutions.
Initial Proposal Review and Decision
The program’s Publishing Committee will evaluate the initial proposal within the framework of the publishing plan and will inform you of its decision.
If the response is positive, you will be requested to submit the full manuscript, and a draft of the publishing agreement terms will be sent to you.
Upon your approval, the manuscript will be submitted to a peer-review committee of education specialists in the relevant field to provide feedback and to issue a final publishing decision within two months from the date of manuscript submission.
Publishing and Distribution
If the final decision approves publication, Tarsheed Educational Publications will undertake the editing, proofreading, design, printing, and Arab-region distribution of the book.
