Manhajiyat held its June 2026 webinar titled "Wellbeing, Growth, and Readiness: What Should Teachers Do During the Summer Break?"
The webinar focused on three main themes:
Restoring teacher wellbeing.
Viewing the summer break as a space for personal and professional growth.
Preparing for a new academic year with greater balance.
The webinar featured a panel of educators: Zahra Al Shukaili, Physics Teacher (Oman); Rosine Rizk, Arabic Language Teacher and Coordinator (Lebanon/Qatar); Asmaa Hussein Al-Fuqaha, Kindergarten Teacher (Palestine); and Mais Qawas, Biology Coordinator for Grades 9-12 at the Ahliyyah and Mutran School, IB Biology Teacher, and Model United Nations (MUN) Director (Jordan).
The session was moderated by Maram Abdul Aziz Ghanem, Primary Years Programme (PYP) Classroom Teacher (Jordan/Qatar).
At the outset of the webinar, Ms. Ghanem introduced Manhajiyat as a periodic online educational magazine directed at all professionals working in the education sector across diverse community contexts. The magazine publishes enriching and inspiring Arab and international contributions in a variety of formats and media, follows developments in the educational field, and encourages dialogue that enriches educational experiences across the Arab world. She also invited attendees to follow the magazine and contribute to its various sections.
