Manhajiyat held its January 2026 seminar titled:
“On the Accreditation Experience: Blind Import or Learning Journey?”
The seminar focused on several themes:
The nature and concept of accreditation.
Accreditation as a tool for continuous improvement rather than merely compliance requirements.
The challenges schools face during the accreditation process and ways to overcome them.
The seminar hosted the following speakers:
Mr. Nidal Jouni, Trainer and Researcher in the TAMAM School-Based Reform Project at the American University of Beirut- Lebanon.
Dr. Walid Mubarak, International Baccalaureate (IB) Program Coordinator for French and Spanish at the International Arab Academy- Qatar.
Mr. Fayez Jalloul, Director of Educational Affairs at Al-Mabarrat Association -Lebanon.
The seminar was moderated by Dr. Stefanie Gabriela Jreidini, Academic Director at the Evangelical School of Greater Beirut- Lebanon.
Dr. Jreidini opened the seminar by introducing Manhajiyat, a periodic online educational magazine directed to all professionals working in the educational sector within the community context. The magazine publishes enriching and inspiring Arab and international contributions regularly, in various forms of expression and multimedia formats. It follows current developments in the field and encourages dialogue that enriches educational experiences in the Arab world, aiming to serve as a valuable human and knowledge resource for individuals and institutions. She invited the seminar audience to follow the magazine and participate in its sections.
