It explores how visual discourse can be meaningfully integrated into educational settings to enrich learning and strengthen interdisciplinary understanding.
Grounded in the belief that deep understanding requires crossing disciplinary boundaries, the book argues that traditional subject-based education is no longer sufficient to prepare learners for the complexities of the 21st century. Instead, it promotes integrative education that connects the arts, history, literature, and social studies through visual analysis and interpretation.
