Crossing Historical and Narrative Discourses into Educational Contexts (Arabic Book)

This book is the third volume in the four-part project "Crossing Disciplines and Discourses: Methodologies and Applications in Integrative Education". It explores how historical and narrative discourses can enrich educational environments and deepen learning experiences. 

Grounded in the belief that meaningful understanding requires crossing disciplinary boundaries, the book argues that traditional subject-based education is no longer sufficient to address the complex challenges of the 21st century. Instead, it promotes integrative education as a framework that connects history, literature, social studies, and the arts to foster critical and analytical thinking. 

The volume is divided into three main sections. It first presents the theoretical foundations of integrative and communicative knowledge. It then demonstrates practical strategies for activating historical discourse in classrooms through speeches, images, documents, and films. Finally, it explores narrative discourse -myths, stories, and literary texts-and shows how they can enhance imagination, critical analysis, and cultural awareness.
